What is "within reason"?
Within reason means that you can *NOT* store mp3s, movies, or XDCC files, or ANY TYPE OF PIRATED MATERIAL on the server. Eggdrop, BNC, IRCD, SERVICES related files are allowed. Basically all IRC-related files are allowed.
