Custom vhost Criteria:

For a vhost to work on IRC, we must be able to set DNS entries for it. In order to set DNS entries, the vhost must end with a valid TLD (domain).

Vhosts MUST end with a VALID domain. For example, "I.love.trancemp3.org" (assuming that either YOU or ISPEEDS owns the domain and has control over it)
You can NOT use a vhost such as "this.is.a.cool.vhost" because it is NOT ending with a VALID DOMAIN NAME.
